Privacy notice
Effective October 1, 2026
This notice describes the personal, single-user Endurance Docs Publisher utility and this informational website.
Data accessed and purpose
The publisher reads the owner's selected local documentation and uploads it to a dedicated Google Drive folder. It uses file contents and metadata, including names, folder identifiers, sizes and checksums, to compare and maintain that reading copy. Google access uses the drive.file scope for files created by, or explicitly authorized for, this application.
Storage and access
Selected documents are stored in the owner's Google Drive account. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in private configuration files on the owner's computer, outside the documentation and source repository. Local temporary staging copies are removed after each normal run; diagnostic logs and publication status may remain on the owner's computer.
The publisher does not make the Drive folder public. Anyone the owner separately authorizes through Drive sharing or connected applications may have access under those permissions.
Other services
Google processes the uploaded documents as the Drive storage provider. Fixed failure and recovery notices are sent to the owner's configured LINE account; these notices contain publication status, not document contents or OAuth credentials.
The owner may separately authorize an AI assistant or another application to read Drive documents. Such access is governed by that separate application's permissions and policies. The publisher does not send document contents directly to an AI model, sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
Drive copies remain until the owner deletes them or the one-way mirror removes them following a source change. Mirror deletions move files to Drive trash, where Google's retention rules apply. Disabling the publisher or revoking access does not automatically delete existing copies, local source documents, credentials or logs.
The owner can stop the local publisher, revoke its Google access at Google Account connections, and delete stored credentials, local logs and Drive copies as desired.

Contact and changes
For questions, contact the app owner using the user-support email shown on Google's consent screen. This notice will be updated if the publisher's data handling changes.
